Frequently Asked Questions
Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?
Yes. A deposit is required for each vehicle that you reserve. The deposit must be on a credit or debit card in the name of the person making the reservation. The deposit can range anywhere from $200 to 50% of the total balance, depending on the type of service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
After a deposit is made, the rest of the balance can be paid off a variety of ways. Most commonly, our clients choose to pay in cash to the driver at pick up. It can also be paid by credit card at least 24 hours before the pick up date. We cannot accept credit cards at the pick up location.
How old do I have to be to ride a limo bus?
There is no minimum age to ride a Flint Limos vehicle. We think everyone deserves to have a great time! However, please remember that we cannot allow anybody under the legal drinking age of 21 to have alcohol. If this rule is broken, the offender will be removed from the bus.
Can I smoke on Flint Limos vehicles?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to smoke. This helps us keep our vehicles in prime condition for all of our passengers. We can avoid burn holes, ashes, and a smokey smell by eliminating any smoking. We understand that smokers will need breaks, so we allow unlimited stops at no extra charge. If you need a smoke break, bathroom break, or to stop for any reason, let your driver know, and he will find a safe place to do so.
What happens if we go past our contracted time?
You will have to pay an overage fee. Flint Limos doesn't try to trick you with overage fees or extra charges. We just charge the hourly fee you have already been paying for our service, prorated (into quarter hours) for the amount of time you have gone over. These overage costs will be due in cash to the driver at the end of your trip.
